Experteer Overview
As a Senior Expert in Asset Management, you maximize the value and performance of a renewable asset portfolio across lifecycles. You lead asset management activities to achieve business plan objectives, financial targets, and governance compliance. You collaborate with Operations, Finance and external stakeholders to identify value opportunities, manage risks, and drive improvements. You work with autonomy to support strategic decisions and long-term portfolio success. This role offers impact in a global energy leader focused on the energy transition.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead asset management best practices across the portfolio in line with ENGIE standards and objectives
• Prepare, monitor and optimize budgets, forecasts and business plans, identifying risks and opportunities
• Monitor technical, operational and financial KPIs (revenues, costs, production, availability) and deviations
• Drive performance improvement initiatives with Operations, Ou0026M and Energy Management teams
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, HSE and governance requirements (financing agreements, PPAs, shareholder agreements)
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, partners, advisors, authorities and service providers
• Coordinate SPV governance activities (board meetings, reporting, approvals)
• Identify, assess and mitigate operational, financial and contractual risks




• Support Mu0026A, refinancing, due diligence and integration activities
• Provide guidance to junior team members and share best practices

Responsabilidades
• University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Master's Degree in Energy Management, Renewable Energy, Finance or equivalent valued
• At least 5 years of experience in Asset Management, Renewable Energy Operations, Energy Management or related areas
• Experience managing renewable energy assets (solar PV, wind and/or BESS)
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, energy markets and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in budgets, business plans, financial models and performance reporting
• Experience in contract management and stakeholder management (investors, lenders, partners, service providers)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High autonomy and ownership
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• English: B2-C1 (mandatory)
