Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the shared CI/CD, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code platform to empower engineering teams to deliver with confidence. You will partner with engineers, product leaders and scientists to scale capabilities that enhance sustainable agriculture and scientific innovation. You will shape the platform to balance scalability, reliability and developer experience, driving high quality and secure engineering practices. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership opportunity with a strong emphasis on platform thinking and AI-assisted engineering for real-world impact.
