You will be the crucial link in a highly technical, international direct-to-consumer ecosystem. Our clients expect smart, human, and deeply knowledgeable communication. The Role & Its Responsibilities
We need a structured, mechanically minded problem-solver to own the product support journey across our entire multi-brand portfolio. Your day-to-day will be highly interactive, and you'll have clear targets to hit:
- Master the Technical Helpdesk (Objective: Absolute Query Resolution): Run our HubSpot email and ticketing platform like a pro. You’ll decode complex product compatibility, guide buyers through technical schematics, and navigate post-sale warranty or mechanical troubleshooting steps with zero hiccups.
