We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Engineer to join our Supply Chain team. This role combines engineering fundamentals with data-driven decision-making to contribute to suppliers optimization, inventory management, production planning, cost analysis and distribution processes.
The position will work closely with cross-functional teams supporting key initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.

Analyze supply chain performance using data-driven methods to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Support the development and maintenance of cost models for components and products, contributing to decisions related to design, process optimization, make-or-buy, and manufacturing localization.
Contribute to Value Analysis (VA) and Value Engineering (VE) activities by identifying cost-saving opportunities in both existing and new product designs.
Evaluate production costs across different manufacturing sites and suppliers, supporting scenario analysis (volume changes, currency fluctuations, supplier changes).




Participate in process improvement initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Develop models and simulations to optimize production planning, inventory levels, and demand forecasting.
Support digital transformation initiatives (ERP enhancements, process automation, data analytics tools).
Maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance and support decision-making reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
~1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Controlling, Operations, Manufacturing, or related environments. Automotive industry is a plus.
~ Familiar with MS Office, Dynamics 365 is a plus.
~ Fluent in English for frequent work with Europe or Asia. Residence nearness to Barcelona and own vehicle to office access due to no public transport .
