As Commercial Director for Growth Markets, you’ll shape and execute the commercial agenda to drive sustainable revenue and margin. You’ll translate strategy into actionable priorities, align cross-functional teams, and lead high-impact initiatives across pricing, propositions, and go-to-market. Your role combines strategic insight with operational discipline to deliver long-term value in a competitive market. This is a senior, cross-border position reporting to the President of Growth Markets withEU flexibility.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive commercial leadership experience within EU operations
• Deep expertise in growth strategy, pricing, proposition development, go-to-market and performance management
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders in matrixed environments
• Strong commercial judgment with focus on revenue, margin, and customer outcomes
• High analytical capability and use of data to shape decisions
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
