Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and deliver advanced cybersecurity consulting engagements. You will drive risk-based assessments, CTEM initiatives, cyber deception programs, and threat modeling for complex environments. You collaborate with CISOs and cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable remediation and security strategies. You will shape methodologies, mentor consultants, and contribute to pre-sales while staying current on threats and technologies. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and deliver cybersecurity consulting engagements across assessments, CTEM, cyber deception, threat modeling, and threat intelligence
• Act as technical/delivery lead ensuring quality, timely execution and alignment with client objectives
• Define project approaches, methodologies, work plans, deliverables, and execution models
• Conduct security assessments across cloud, hybrid, on-premise, and application environments
• Identify weaknesses and translate findings into remediation plans and prioritized recommendations
• Lead CTEM initiatives including exposure validation and remediation tracking
• Design and assess cyber deception strategies and integration with security operations
• Support threat modeling for applications and architectures
• Analyze threat intelligence and translate into practical improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across security, architecture, cloud, SOC, and engineering teams




• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide guidance, mentoring, and QA of deliverables
• Produce technical and executive deliverables (reports, maturity evaluations, roadmaps)
• Contribute to evolving cybersecurity methodologies, accelerators, and delivery standards
• Support pre-sales activities with scope definition, estimates, and client workshops
• Stay updated on threats, frameworks, and best practices for practical consulting

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in cybersecurity services or related domains
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects and coordinating delivery teams
• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field; professional services background valued
• Spanish and English proficiency (B2 or higher) for client interaction
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, MITRE ATTu0026CK, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, OWASP)
• Ability to communicate with technical and executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical, workshop facilitation, and executive presentation skills
• Experience mentoring consultants and ensuring methodological consistency
• Ability to operate across hands-on analysis, advisory, and architecture discussions
