About the Company & Role

We are an established UK-based AI and automation consultancy working directly with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) across professional services, construction, media, and defense-adjacent sectors. Our service framework guides clients through a Find (diagnostic) $rightarrow$ Fix (build) $rightarrow$ Keep (ongoing evolution) delivery model.

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to serve as our primary dedicated delivery engineer. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to build scalable solutions for an expanding pipeline of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execution & Build (Fix Phase)

- Technical Translation: Translate locked functional specifications and architectural designs into buildable, production-ready structures.
- Core Development: Design and implement custom apps, workflows, and data structures within the client’s Microsoft ecosystem.
- Environment Alignment: Identify and bridge gaps between client technical specifications and their specific Microsoft tenant setups.
- Quality Assurance: Execute clean, maintainable, and reliable work that clients can trust directly in production environments.

2. Discovery & Architecture (Find Phase)

- Client Scoping:



Participate in diagnostic sessions alongside leadership to understand business context, operational bottlenecks, and user requirements.
- Solution Shaping: Ask technical and process questions to help shape solution architecture prior to client presentation and final scoping.

Technical Stack & Core Deliverables

- Power Apps (Canvas Apps):
- Design intuitive, highly functional Canvas apps optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
- Build mobile-first interfaces tailored specifically for field-based or on-the-move workers.
- Power Automate:
- Construct end-to-end automated flows covering data capture, document routing, multi-stage approval processes, and cascading event triggers.
- Implement robust error handling, cross-system triggers, and third-party API integrations.
- Dataverse:
- Architecture of robust relational data models (tables, relationships, custom columns, choice fields, and junction tables).
- Write efficient, delegable queries and manage solution-based Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across development, testing, and production environments.
- Broader Microsoft Stack:
- Integration across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint architectures.
