Responsibilities:·Providing local field service activities, including remote & onsite technical support, commissioning and troubleshooting support for PV&BESS; project·Training distributors and third-party companies to make reliable service networks locally (covering EU areas)·Analyzing & reporting field service issues to HQ formally and providing reports upon request from customers·Support HQ team to manage the local spare units inventory·Evaluating service costs/cause for service and then responding to reduce cost/service cases efficiently, and professionallyQualifications·Experience as a field service engineer in the PV&BESS; industry (at least 2 years); ·Experience of commissioning C&I;, and utility scales projects and solve service issues professionally.·Must fluent in English both oral and write, speak German or Spanish is a plus·A self-starter mindset with the ability to chart a course through ambiguity and a bias for action.·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills·Result oriented·Analytical·Hands-on mindset and can-do attitude
