Experteer Overview
In this role you drive operational resilience and regulatory compliance for Google's third-party data center partnerships across the EMEA region. You will lead audit programs, verify maintenance and service evidence, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to close gaps. You help ensure safety standards, optimize downtime and cost, and report audit outcomes to leadership. This position offers a hands-on role at scale with a focus on critical facilities and continuous improvement.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Act as the primary 3PDCOPs representative for CAP audits and coordinate with local managers to demonstrate site resilience
• Develop audit plans and verify service provider evidence (e.g., maintenance logs) to ensure critical infrastructure is serviced
• Collaborate with the CAP team to address deficiencies using risk-based prioritization and remediation deadlines
• Track ORD/iORD drills and simulations to document improvements and ensure resilience exercises meet standards
• Deliver detailed reports and analytics dashboards to leadership on audit trends, site performance, and overall EMEA compliance posture
Responsabilidades
• 9 years of experience in technical compliance, facility management, or operations for data centers and mission-critical facilities
• Experience with critical data center infrastructure including power distribution, cooling, and safety protocols
• Experience leading and fronting internal and external compliance audits for technical facilities
• Ability to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region for site visits and audits
