I'm currently working on a Digital Pricing Product Operations & Standards Lead opportunity supporting a general Digital Pricing team.ð¹ Role Highlights* Define and improve product management standards, roadmap management and backlog governance.* Support Product Owners and cross-functional teams in adopting consistent product practices.* Drive governance routines, backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning aligned with Agile and SAFe.* Develop playbooks, templates, governance packs and onboarding materials.* Promote Agile-at-Scale practices and continuous improvement.* Track KPIs related to product maturity, backlog health and delivery predictability.ð¹ Key Skills Required 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Agile Delivery or Digital Transformation. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmapping and backlog governance. Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks. Experience supporting Product Owners, Product Managers and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Professional English.ð¹ Nice to Have* Experience with pricing tools such as PFX, Vistex or PROS.* Exposure to SAP, CRM, ERP, CPQ or B2B digital environments.* SAFe,
