Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the deployment of large-scale automation and robotics within Amazon’s EU fulfilment network, ensuring timely, on-budget launches across multiple sites. You work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver state-of-the-art material handling solutions. You will tackle complex deployment challenges, drive process improvements, and support rapid expansion of automated buildings. This opportunity offers hands-on influence over robotics innovations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with significant travel in Europe.

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading automation deployment projects from planning through commissioning
• Hands-on experience with robotics, material handling systems, or warehouse automation technologies
• Proven track record creating technical documentation for field teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within EU
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical systems on-site
