Experteer Overview
In this role you drive AI-enabled engagements between the AI Factory and Allianz Operating Entities. You form cross-functional squads with Forward Deployed Engineers and local IT/global verticals to shape demand, scope, and funded initiatives. You steer multiple engagements in parallel from idea to handover, ensuring value delivery and smooth transitions to run teams. You manage executive communications and maintain OE relationships beyond go-live, contributing to Allianz Technology’s AI-driven transformation.

• Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle and share learnings across projects

• Own the build-to-run handover to global/local IT teams with run involvement during delivery
• Own OE relationships post go-live and prepare communications for senior stakeholders up to CTO/Board level

Responsabilidades
• Degree in business, management, technology, or related field
• Senior enough for OE leadership and Head of IT conversations
• Strong stakeholder, business-framing, and roadmap-shaping skills
• Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or regulated environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and proactive drive
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
