Experteer Overview
In this role you apply cutting-edge analytics to drive evidence-based pharmaceutical product development. You will provide scientific and technical leadership in ML and AI, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Ru0026amp;D, Medical Affairs, and more. You will handle diverse data (EHRs, claims, trials, imaging) to generate reusable models and actionable insights. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to influence decisions and advance patient outcomes within Sanofi’s hubs in Barcelona.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead advanced analytics projects using ML, statistics, modelling and NLP to address key business questions
• Develop reusable modelling frameworks and deploy POCs across large and small datasets (EHRs, claims, trials, imaging)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BUs, Digital, Ru0026D, Biostatistics, IT to deliver analysis




• Implement and apply computational/statistical methodologies for RWE in Ru0026D, Medical Affairs, HEVA and Market Access
• Contribute to design, development, and implementation of Sanofi's data science architecture and ecosystem
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and champion data science-driven decisions across the company

Responsabilidades
• PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience; or Master’s with substantial industry/academic experience
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics and data science
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team
