The adecuado candidate will have a proven track record in managing product lifecycle and stakeholder engagement within banking and insurance sectors. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong proficiency with MySQL and SQL Server for data management.
- Experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira.
- Solid knowledge of product design principles and version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Proven experience with end-to-end product lifecycle in banking or insurance sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and good level of English.




- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Define and manage product requirements and backlog using Scrum practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and efficient solutions.
- Participate in project planning and sprint reviews.
- Implement best practices in product design and data management.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product development.
