In this role you will shape the multi-cloud foundation that enables engineering teams to build securely and reliably with clear cost visibility. You will partner with engineers, product leaders and scientific stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud capabilities that support sustainable agriculture and scientific innovation. You will drive high-quality, AI-assisted engineering practices and FinOps awareness while guiding cross-functional teams. This is a mission-critical role at the intersection of technology and agricultural Ru0026amp;D, offering the chance to set technical standards and influence platform direction. You will help build a resilient, secure cloud platform that scales with the company.

• Lead infrastructure as code using Terraform to enable repeatable, scalable deployments
• Define cloud networking and governance to ensure security and reliability




• Drive FinOps instrumentation and cloud economics for cost visibility
• Advance AI-assisted engineering with rigorous reviews and governance
• Provide technical leadership without line authority across teams
• Collaborate with engineering, product and scientific stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions
• Set standards for quality, documentation, and responsible use of AI tools
• Mentor and develop engineers by sharing cloud architecture knowledge
• Establish and enforce cloud security standards, compliance frameworks, and governance policies
