As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive regional partner marketing with cloud providers and channel partners in EMEA. You will design and execute programs to engage partners, generate demand, and raise awareness of Datadog’s solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, demand gen, and partnerships teams to coordinate co-sell motions and partner-led pipeline. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to shape our partner ecosystem and presence at major conferences. You’ll be measured on ROI, OKRs, and measurable revenue impact.

• Develop and run regional partner marketing programs (webinars, demand gen campaigns, enablement sessions, events, social initiatives) to drive engagement
• Set and execute cross-team strategy with product, demand gen, and partnerships in fast-changing environments
• Drive coordinated field alignment, co-sell motions, and partner-led pipeline with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
• Understand regional stakeholders in South EMEA to grow the partner ecosystem
• Track and analyze ROI of partner marketing initiatives and report on OKRs for optimization




• Translate data into ROI narratives for leadership and audiences, presenting strategies and results
• Build and manage Datadog’s EMEA presence at major conferences (AWS Re:Invent, DASH, Google Cloud Next)

Responsabilidades
• 7-9 years in marketing with preference for partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B marketing
• Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish or Arabic nice to have
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven track record turning co-marketing into pipeline and measurable revenue
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Strong project management and excellent written/verbal communication
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Comfort with using AI in daily work
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work 3 days per week in office
