Roccabox Property Group is expanding and we're looking for sharp, ambitious salespeople who know how to communicate, build relationships and turn conversations into opportunities.

You don't need to come from real estate.

You do need some previous sales or client-facing experience, confidence dealing with people and the drive to create results.

If you're organised, personable, self motivated and want more freedom over how you manage your working day, this could be a great move.

You'll work directly with property buyers across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, guiding them from their first enquiry through to viewings, negotiations and completion.

Recommend and present suitable properties

Arrange and attend viewings

Manage follow-ups and your active pipeline

Work alongside the wider team to progress deals

Manage your own diary and organise your working day around your clients, appointments and opportunities.

We'll give you practical property training, market knowledge and ongoing guidance to help you get up to speed quickly.

You manage your own clients, but you're never on your own.



Our sales and management team are available when you need advice, support or help progressing a deal.

You'll have access to a regular flow of enquiries, quality property stock and a recognised Marbella brand behind you.

Previous sales or client-facing experience

Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone

Personable and able to build trust quickly

Organised and consistent with follow-up

Self motivated and comfortable managing your own day

Additional languages are a strong advantage

Full driving licence

Previous real estate experience is a plus, but it isn't essential.

This opportunity operates on an independent consultant model. Full details of the working and remuneration structure will be discussed during the interview process.
