Experteer Overview

In this role you shape product economics to drive revenue growth and margin expansion across Vodafone’s global product portfolio. You’ll collaborate with markets, product, tech, operations, and commercial strategy to model costs, benchmark performance, and translate insights into scalable, commercially-focused tools.

You’ll build a central toolkit to standardize cost data and enable cross-market scaling, delivering actionable recommendations to maximize profitability and speed up commercial impact.

- Build and maintain product cost models
- Document cost owners and understand supplier contracts affecting cost base
- Visualize cost components and levers for cost/price changes
- Provide market benchmarking and customer research inputs for commercial decisions
- Conduct cost benchmarking across products and vendors
- Set cost targets to ensure profitable and competitive products
- Develop deep commercial product expertise (suppliers, terms, competition, trends)
- Analyze unit/product economics and communicate insights to central and local teams




- Recommend actions to maximize profitability and standardize across product lines
- Create and maintain a toolkit (cost catalogue, unit costs, guardrails) and be the SME for it
- Provide training and communications on toolkits
- Define contents to stay relevant and consistent across products
- Act as economics SME for agreed initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Strong commercial modelling and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience leading projects with senior leaders
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional teams
- Experience in Commercial, Pricing or Finance role with ICT/Telco, B2B
- Degree-level education in a quantitative field or Business Management
- Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of telecoms products
