- Work side by side with the CEO and the sales team to shape how we go to market.

What You'll Do
- Research and identify target accounts across Spain and Europe (mid-market and enterprise).
- Run multi-channel outbound sequences: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative approaches.
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team (or yourself, as you grow).
- Work daily in HubSpot: manage contacts, log activities, keep the CRM clean and reliable.
- Use tools like Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and whatever else gets the job done.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, ICPs, and cadences.
