Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the Mobile Apps engineering team to build and improve Betsson’s mobile betting and gaming experiences. You will partner with product and architecture to align delivery with the business mission of delivering the best customer experience.

You’ll drive engineering excellence, ownership, and reliability while scaling teams and processes. You’ll work with cross-functional peers to shape roadmaps and foster a culture of high performance. This is an opportunity to influence globally used apps in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

- Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams
- Passion for developing people and delivering products that customers love
- Extensive experience developing mobile apps for iOS and/or Android
- Strong knowledge of modern agile software development at scale
- Attention to performance and reliability in applications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with delivery focus
- Excellent communication with professional English proficiency
- Prior gaming industry experience is a plus
