As Backend Engineering Team Lead in Malaga, you guide a skilled engineering squad to deliver engagement products for the iGaming space. You drive delivery, foster a healthy team culture, and contribute as a hands-on developer on next-generation loyalty features.
You’ll partner with Product, Architecture, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust backend solutions. This role combines leadership with technical execution to scale personalized campaigns and tournaments that enhance the customer experience.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to implement business requirements
- Develop software following modern best practices and principles
- Contribute to design and improvement of application architecture, solution development, and code reviews
- Lead delivery within the team and promote a healthy team spirit and culture
- Participate as a developer on next-generation engagement products for the iGaming industry
- Assist in shaping technical direction and ensure alignment with business goals

- Experience managing teams of software engineers
