Experteer Overview
In this role within Hitachi Energy's Global Operations, you drive international employee mobilization for power electronics projects worldwide. You will shape mobility strategies, coordinate assignments, and ensure policy compliance across diverse teams.
You’ll collaborate with project teams to deliver timely relocations and manage expatriate programs, rewarding packages, and related services. This is a chance to scale integral mobility programs and contribute to business growth in a dynamic energy environment.

- Develop talent mobility strategies and programs to support growth
- Select and prepare employees for international assignments
- Oversee relocation logistics (visa, immigration, housing, etc.)
- Design and administer expatriate policies and reward packages (compensation,
housing allowances, tax equalization, benefits)
- Monitor foreign policies and actions impacting operations and employee safety
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Tax or Law
- 5+ years of relevant experience including managing employee relationships
- Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural interaction skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
