We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile product environment
Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and cross-functional team collaboration
Solid understanding of digital product development and performance metrics
Strong Agile mindset, with proven experience in enabling agility within cross-functional teams
Confidence in managing complex stakeholders and cross-team dependencies
Good understanding of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products, as well as Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
Willingness to step outside the comfort zone and adapt to new challenges
About the Team You Will Support
Operating within a SAFe framework
Scrum team of ~18 members across 4 locations (distributed setup)
Responsible for multiple product touchpoints
Working in a high-pressure environment with strategic topics, leadership visibility, and evolving operational demands
Frequent context switching (typically every 1–2 sprints)
Team Expectations
Act as a servant leader and coach, enabling the team to continuously improve and deliver against PI objectives
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Proactively identify impediments and drive resolution within the team and at ART level
Support effective dependency management and alignment with other teams in the Value Stream
