In this role you apply cutting-edge ML to personalize gaming experiences, shaping models from research to production. You work with data, engineering, and product teams to drive KPIs like retention and revenue while improving time-to-market for new features.
You will prototype, validate, and deploy AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and collaboration. This is a chance to influence player experience at a global scale within a fast-growing, game-focused AI group.

Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g.,
computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- Strong understanding of industry-standard ML techniques (classification, reinforcement learning, generative methods)
- Experience applying ML algorithms to real-world problems
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, containers (Docker u0026 Kubernetes) and deploying ML models to production (MLOps)
- Proficiency in analytical programming and visualization (SQL, Python, matplotlib) plus tools like Git, MLFlow, Kubeflow, Trino, Air Flow
- Strong statistical fundamentals (hypothesis testing, sampling, probability distributions)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Experience using generative AI copilots/agents in development work
- Passion for mobile gaming and driving business results
