Our publishers can count on revenue streams that are optimized and predictable, so they can continue doing what they do best: inform and entertain general consumers.Job DescriptionAs a Data Analyst, you'll own the numbers behind our publisher portfolio. You'll turn raw programmatic data into decisions: which publishers to onboard, where revenue is leaking, which levers move yield, and what our commercial teams should do next.This is a high-ownership role with direct, measurable impact on revenue. You'll work daily with Business Development, Operations, and Demand, and you'll build deep expertise in the programmatic supply chain — SSPs, DSPs, header bidding, ads.Txt — from day one. If you want to become genuinely fluent in ad tech data, there are few faster ways to do it.Responsibilities:Analysis & insightAnalyze prospective publishers: size the revenue opportunity, model expected yield,



and pressure-test assumptions before we commitRun deep-dive analyses on portfolio performance — yield by placement, format, geo, device, and demand partner — and translate findings into concrete recommendationsBuild and maintain the metrics that define how we measure success, and defend their definitions when they're questionedIdentify patterns across publishers that others miss: seasonality, demand-partner behavior, bid-density shifts, traffic-quality signalsPerformance monitoring & optimizationMonitor daily performance across the portfolio (impressions, fill rate, CPM, CTR, viewability, revenue) against targetsCatch underperformance early, diagnose root causes with data rather than intuition, and make or recommend the adjustments that fix itTroubleshoot delivery and discrepancy issues with internal teams and external partners, tracing numbers back through the stack to find where they divergePublisher onboarding, technical integration and account operationsSupport technical setup of new publishers: ads.Txt, ad tags, header bidding configuration,



and QA before go-liveAssist the Business Development team with new-publisher onboarding and keep the new-business pipeline data accurate and up to date in our CRMSupport adoption of our sales tools and processes across the regionData quality & reportingOwn the integrity of our reporting layer: audit dashboards and data sources regularly, reconcile discrepancies between platforms, and escalate anomalies fastAutomate recurring reporting so the team spends its time on decisions, not on assembling spreadsheetsProduce clear, accurate performance reporting for publishers and internal stakeholders — and make sure the story the numbers tell is the right oneSurface insights and trends that feed commercial and product decisionsOnboarding & technical integrationSupport the technical setup of new publishers: ads.Txt, ad tags, header bidding configuration, and QA before go-liveWork with Business Development on new-publisher onboarding, and keep pipeline data accurate and current in our CRMRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical skills, identify trends and make data-driven decisions and knowledge of the ad-tech universe.Proficiency with office productivity tools; ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.Proficiency in ad serving platforms.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding company and employee information.Fluent in English.Benefits:Hybrid work model from our Barcelona office.
