and resolve incidents through the ticketing system - Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors - Ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirementsRequired Skills & Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in Network Support / Network Engineering - Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) - Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) xqysrnh - Basic knowledge of network security principles - Experience with VPN and remote access technologies - Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems - Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Good communication and customer-handling skills - Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
