Are you an experienced lending professional with a strong expertise in professional loans and business banking? We are looking for a Freelancer to support the development and optimization of lending products, processes and operating models for professional clients.
Your responsibilities
- Advise on professional lending products, pricing, risk and compliance requirements.
- Support the design and optimization of end-to-end lending processes.
- Review business requirements, functional analyses and user stories.
- Collaborate with the different stakeholders in a change environment.
- Contribute to reporting, portfolio monitoring and credit lifecycle management.
- Draft and review lending documentation and policies.
- Support change management, knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in lending, business banking or credit risk.
- Strong expertise in professional loans, credit processes and risk assessment.
- Experience with business transformation, process improvement or product implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on, pragmatic and solution oriented.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
