We are looking for recent graduates who want to gain their first professional experience in an operational QA environment. If you have a scientific Bachelor degree, enjoy working accurately and are open to an early (6:00-14:00) and late shift system (14:00-22:00), this could be a great first step.

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

- Perform incoming inspections on a wide variety of components and materials
- Carry out visual inspections and verify product data and documentation
- Perform sampling, measurements and small tests according to procedures
- Register results and release compliant components and incoming materials
- Review production records and verify that documentation is complete and accurate
- Technically review and release completed production orders in the quality systems
- Perform daily Quality checks within production and controlled environments
- Act as an initial QA contact for Quality issues on the production floor




- Support deviations and investigations by gathering information and performing additional controls
- Work closely with Quality, production and warehouse colleagues
- Work in a rotating two shift system with early and late shifts

Requirements:

- Recent graduates are specifically encouraged to apply
- Professional Bachelor degree in chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical laboratory technology or another scientific discipline
- No previous professional QA experience is required
- A first experience with QA, GMP or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a quality focused mindset
- Comfortable following procedures and performing structured routine work
- Quick learner with a proactive and solution oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working within a team
- Willing to work in a rotating early and late shift system
- Motivated to build a career within Quality and gain hands on experience in an operational environment
