Hiring: Business Controller – Logistics - Roeselare, Belgium

Are you a Business Controller who enjoys turning financial data into meaningful business decisions? We are currently looking for a Business Controller, Logistics to join an international organisation with a strong presence across Europe.

Location: Roeselare, Belgium

Type: Full-time, Permanent

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with Logistics and Transport leaders, helping drive cost efficiency, improve performance and strengthen financial decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monthly reporting, forecasting and business analysis
- Logistics cost accruals, allocation and cost-to-serve
- Warehousing and outbound transport controlling
- Inventory and obsolete stock analysis
- Financial planning and standard costing
- Supporting Capex and cost-saving initiatives
- Challenging and supporting Logistics leadership
- Improving reporting, processes and ways of working

We’re looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Finance or Logistics Controlling




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage
- Understanding of logistics, inventory, warehousing or cost-to-serve
- ERP experience such as AX or Infor M3 is a plus
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
