You are responible for:

- Processing incoming sales orders and customer payments
- Packing, shipping, and invoicing picked sales orders, including preparation of all shipping documents
- Interacting with sales teams for orders and shipments that fall outside of the standard flows
- Proactively contributing to honoring promised shipping dates to customers
- Executing all other logistical tasks in the company
- Closely following up with shippers and customs in critical situations
- Scaling and optimizing processes in collaboration with the team lead

What we expect from you:





- You hold a bachelor's degree in an administrative or logistical field or have equivalent experience
- You are computer literate with a thorough knowledge of MS Offce. Experience with an ERP system, particularly MS Business Central, is a big plus
- You thrive in a job where you combine physical work (packing) with administrative work (shipping & invoicing)
- You set priorities to deal with ambiguity and conflicting interests, and help honor the promises made to customers
- You work meticulously with an eye for detail and quality
- You are hands-on and are happy to lend a hand where necessary
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
