Responsibilities

As Scrum Master, you will guide development teams in building a cloud-native SaaS platform according to agile principles, with a strong focus on AI-driven software development. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and adapt agile processes to an environment where AI agents actively contribute to development, testing and delivery.

You will also coach developers in their evolving roles, support Product Owners in creating clear and actionable backlogs, and help teams collaborate more effectively. You remove impediments, optimise development processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

Profile





- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within software development
- Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics or a related field
- Experience with or strong interest in AI or agentic software development
- Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Versátil and pragmatic in a rapidly changing environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English
