Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for your next freelance opportunity in Brussels?

I’m currently working with a leading pharmaceutical business that is looking to strengthen its finance team.

This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation and make an impact within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, costs and variances, providing meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance, including processes, systems and reporting.





Essential Criteria

- Proven experience working as a Financial Controller within a complex or international organisation.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes.

Desirable Criteria

- Experience working within or another multinational environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and/or finance transformation projects.
