I am seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join an innovative, skilled, and sociable team in a SaaS company in Madrid for the US or UK market.

Cover the full sales cycle, from lead generation to prospecting to closing Working with Sales Specialists to generate and convert leads. Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

Highly fluent in English (C2) ~6-12 months of experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales (preferably in SaaS) ~ Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach. ~ US: Willingness to work primarily late shifts to sync with US business hours (14:45-23:45 Monday to Thursday, Friday 14:45-20:45)



~ Previous experience working with US or UK markets in Sales is a plus ~ EU Pass or full-time working permit/visa for Madrid ~ Spanish is a plus Real stability with a permanent contract Career plans and professional development opportunities Private Health care plan (after 6 months) Support with Social Security number if needed.
