At Capitole Consulting, we continue to grow and we're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join an innovative international project focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

If you're passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models and building the next generation of intelligent applications, we'd love to hear from you!

What will you do?

- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to define and evolve the Conversational AI platform roadmap.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and IT teams to design and implement a scalable AI platform strategy.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot initiatives to validate new technologies and platform capabilities.
- Work with global business stakeholders to identify and develop new conversational AI opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of AI platforms across the organization.
- Manage technology partners and delivery vendors.
- Ensure technical governance, quality assurance, security and operational excellence.
- Lead the integration of AI solutions within the Mercedes-Benz technology landscape.




- Guide architectural decisions and technology evolution.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, Agentic AI capabilities and Large Language Models (LLMs) to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with AI principles, security standards and operational processes.

What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Agentic AI, Agent2Agent and Google ADK.
- Experience designing or implementing Conversational AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Experience working with enterprise architecture, platform strategy or AI solution governance.
- Experience managing vendors and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English C1.

Nice to have
- Experience with chatbots and voicebots.
- Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security and SecOps.
- Experience working in enterprise environments.
