As a Airline Account Manager in the Air suppliers team, you will be in charge of:Generate and coordinate all promotional activities for the assigned airline accountsPromote and, agree and implement the annual marketing plan, based on designated Marketing Funds from the assigned airline accountsPitch and convert ad-hoc marketing campaigns with partner airlines, based on demand analysis and opportunitiesCreation of additional airline value proposals based on retail,
business- and data intelligenceProactively bring new ideas and competitor insights to drive campaign successWork in close cooperation with the Air Supply Teams, Media Service and other functions to accomplish the annual marketing revenue budgetRelationship Building: Create and maintain close relations with Marketing Executives and decision makers from assigned airline accountsParticipate in Frequent face to face and/or remote airline meetings to review performance, agree and implement promotional measures and actionsCommunicate frequently and efficient all related topics to the Line ManagerWhat do you need to succeed:OTA, airline, hotel) especially in marketing, ecommerce and/or sales rolesProven professional experience within the travel industry (OTA, airline, or hospitality), with a focus on marketing, e-commerce, or salesUniversity degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Aviation, or a related field.Demonstrated track record in online/digital sales environmentsMinimum 3 years of experience in a marketing, media sales, or account management role, ideally client-facing and budget- or quota-carrying.Proven experience negotiating and closing commercial marketing agreements or advertising contracts.Familiarity with digital advertising and media performance metrics (e.g., Working knowledge of CRM or sales-tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and contract management.Experience managing or forecasting a revenue budget, rather than campaign delivery aloneWillingness and ability to travel regularly for face-to-face airline meetings.Preferred QualificationsHighly proactive, creative and analytically minded,
with the ability to develop and confidently present commercial proposals to senior stakeholders.Strong can-do attitude with the resilience to perform in a fast-paced, highly pressurized commercial environment.Consistent record of delivering against, commercial targets.Commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to pitch, structure and close marketing and advertising agreements.Working knowledge of CRM and sales-tracking platforms (e.g., Salesforce), alongside advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills.Understanding of airline sales and revenue accounting - reporting, booking flow, tariffs, pricing and fare structures.Experience in building and evaluating business cases, backed by strong data and analytical skills.General knowledge of the airline industry landscape, including route networks, airline groups and alliances.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage given the international client base.Strong team player, comfortable working cross-functionally with Air Supply, Media Service and other internal teams.Prime Plus membership, competitive salary and benefits package, including flexible benefits, performance-based bonuses, birthday day off, discounts and partnerships, relocation support and premium equipment with role-based selection options and device ownership through our equipment lifecycle program when it reaches its refresh cycle.Learn and grow with free Coursera access, soft skills workshops, tech training, leadership development, and more.
