About the Role

They are looking for a Backend Engineer to help design and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven automation platform. You'll join a small, high-impact engineering team working on event-driven microservices that underpin enterprise-grade AI products.

What You'll Do

- You'll design, build, and operate the backend systems behind our agentic automation platform
- Design and optimise event-driven systems with Apache Kafka




- Contribute to a microservices environment
- Collaborate closely with AI teams to integrate LLMs and reasoning engines
- Work with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and observability tools

What You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in Go or Python
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Solid understanding xgwbsxa of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering workflows

Salary: €65,000-€95,000 + Share options scheme
