About The Role

We're looking for Biology Specialists with Masters or PhD-level expertise to help build and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your scientific knowledge will be used to create, solve, and review complex biology problems that push the boundaries of what AI can reason through.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a passion for scientific rigor.

What You'll Do

- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, high-quality problem statements
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning
- Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and depth across all deliverables
- Use Python or R where applicable to support data-driven or computational tasks

Who You Are

- Hold a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics,



Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- Deeply knowledgeable in one or more core areas: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical tasks
- Exceptionally clear and precise in written communication — you can explain complex science without losing rigor
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently and asynchronously
- Fluent in English

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation systems
- Background in computational biology, systems biology, or genomics
- Experience designing or peer-reviewing scientific problems or assessments
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model workflows
