aligned to their local realitiesCollaborate with the creative design team to develop our selling materialsWork transversally with countries to refine the selling process and toolsDeveloping the strategy for Verisure's new adjacent business opportunities (in addition to our core alarm value proposition.)Collaborate in the creation of new products for our customers and innovate in the way we sell themWork together with Product Development teams in the coordination, implementation, monitoring and feedback gathering of new product pilots in Expansion countriesDefining how to bring more value to our existing clientsLead the thinking in terms of strategies, channels and proposition to increase our service offering to clientsNavigate in the organization to implement and test new pricing strategiesLead our integral HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic intent:Define and execute cross-country and multidisciplinary initiatives to deliver our global HR strategy, including core HR projects (such as People Analytics, Employee Value Proposition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, etc.) to business-related projects (such as Organization excellence, cost effectiveness, etc.)Board and Management team meetings presentations, Global connects, Business support etc.)Amazon, Microsoft,
