? Location: Barcelona (HQ) — oversees Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece and Mexico
Your mission will be to provide accurate and reliable financial information to support effective decision-making. We support the firm’s long-term success by delivering clear financial insights, enhancing performance, and driving continuous process improvement.
? Tasks and Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain an accurate and complete overview of financial information across all jurisdictions.
- Elaborate financial and business intelligence reports and dashboards including profit and loss, cash flow, business planning, forecasting, KPIs, and return on investment analysis across initiatives (campaigns, services, projects) and business units.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, delivering accurate and insightful reports to management.
- Provide visibility into profitability by business unit, service, and client, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Team and Process Management
- Manage the Finance and Administration team and processes, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive the optimal use of company tools and resources, continuously seeking opportunities for process automation and innovation.
- Own financial processes originating both within and outside the Finance department that have a significant impact on financial performance.
Invoicing, Payments, and Collections
- Oversee invoicing and payment collection for services rendered, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Execute timely payments to service providers and manage relationships with external partners, including banks, insurance companies, technology providers, and advisors.
Financial Systems and Platforms
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service level agreements with key suppliers and partners.
- Manage financial processes across platforms (banks, CRM, accounting, and billing systems), ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
- Own the roadmap for financial systems and manage relationships with technology partners, driving the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial tools and platforms.
Bank Reconciliations and Intercompany Transactions
- Ensure daily and precise bank reconciliations of income and expenses, bank movements, and accounting, including management of intercompany cash flows and foreign currency exposure.
Compliance, Tax, and Audit
- Collaborate with external accounting and tax service providers across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage finance-related compliance and risk management, developing and implementing robust internal controls.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring timely and transparent communication and collaboration.
Document Management and Information Sharing
- Maintain a integral archive of invoices and supporting documents, sharing information in a timely and orderly manner with dependent parties (accounting, tax service providers, etc.).
?You have:
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance, or similar role in a multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction environment with consolidation
- Experience leading an ERP implementation or migration
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2). You communicate clearly, write well, and speak eloquently.
- Experienced in working with CRM
- Direct experience working with external auditors, as well as selecting and negotiating with suppliers and partners, including banking relationships (account structure, intercompany cash flow, foreign currency)
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and high standards

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
