JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Cold Chain Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of temperature-controlled storage and distribution within our busy warehouse network. You will ensure compliant operations, maintain product quality, and lead a skilled team to meet performance targets. You will develop SOPs, monitor temperatures and humidity, manage inventory, collaborate with transport, procurement and sales, analyze KPIs, and drive safety and cost-efficiency across the cold chain.
