In this Product Designer role, you shape Spendesk’s product experience with a focus on AI-powered and automation-driven workflows. You work in a cross-functional squad to own design from problem definition to delivery, iterating based on user insight and data. A core part is evolving a scalable design system with governance, documentation, and adoption across teams. You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other designers to deliver coherent, high-impact experiences.

- Own end-to-end design work within your product area from problem definition through delivery and iteration
- Build deep understanding of users, workflows, product context and constraints
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to clarify problems, goals and success metrics
- Conduct user research and validation to inform design choices
- Explore multiple solutions, evaluate trade-offs and justify decisions
- Design intuitive, accessible,



and consistent workflows for complex financial/operational tasks
- Help evolve the design system including components, documentation, governance, and adoption processes
- Share knowledge and provide feedback to the wider design team

Responsabilidades

- Three+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams
- Experience owning design work end-to-end autonomously
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills for complex data-heavy workflows
- Good product thinking linking user needs, goals, business xugodme context, and technical constraints
- Experience conducting user research and validating solutions with users
- Hands-on experience building or evolving a comprehensive design system with governance and adoption processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with Engineers and other designers
- Strong organization and autonomy to prioritize and move projects forward
