What you will do:The Role's Key Responsibilities and TasksDevelop an overarching content strategy that meets the organisation’s objectives, delivers measurable results, and embraces an AI-augmented workflow.Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 12 Content Designers and 1 Lead Content Designer in the Product organisation.Drive the strategic adoption and optimisation of our internal content generation tool (AI content agent), ensuring the team leverages it effectively to accelerate delivery and maximise content quality.Define "human-in-the-loop" workflows, establish AI prompt engineering best practices, and build quality assurance frameworks for AI-generated content.Work closely with different stakeholders to craft content strategies and give clear guidance to the content design team on goals and success metrics.Champion best-in-class content design practices within eDreams,
