Customer Support Specialist – German & Spanish (B2)

What you'll do:

- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with banking-related inquiries and account support
- Deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with an international team and grow your career

Available shifts:

- Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 (8 openings)
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00 (7 openings)
- Night Shift (Madrid only): 22:00 – 07:00 (5 openings)

Salary Package:





- Madrid: €22,800 gross/year + €1,200 variable bonus
- Valencia: €20,800 gross/year + €1,200 variable bonus

What we're looking for:

- German B2+
- Spanish B2+
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Availability to work shifts
