Start Date: 1 September 2026

End Date: 31 May 2027

Working Model: Remote work with occasional onsite in Barcelona

Language: English B2 minimum

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to lead the planning and execution of data migration activities within a major S/4HANA transformation programme.

The successful candidate will act as a Data Migration SME , coordinating offshore teams, defining migration strategies and controls, managing risks and ensuring high-quality, accurate and complete data migration into the target SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data migration activities for an S/4HANA transformation.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies aligned with programme objectives.
- Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP BO Data Services (BODS) .
- Work with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related migration tools.




- Lead and coordinate offshore migration teams.
- Resolve complex data migration and technical issues.
- Manage migration risks, controls and data quality.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the wider migration team.
- Identify opportunities to improve migration efficiency, accuracy and reliability.

Essential Skills

- 7+ years of SAP/data migration experience
- Strong SAP BO Data Services (BODS) / SAP Data Services expertise
- Proven experience delivering S/4HANA data migration projects
- Experience leading offshore teams
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- English B2+
- Spanish-based candidate- ideally near BCN /Cataluna but not necessary

Desirable

- Advanced SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit experience
- Previous experience on large-scale SAP transformation programmes
