SHA Wellness Clinic is a general leader in integrative health, prevention and longevity, and has been named "World's Best Wellness Clinic" at the World Spa Awards for multiple consecutive years. Through the SHA Method, we combine cutting‑edge medical innovation, proven natural therapies and healthy nutrition to help people achieve and maintain an optimal state of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Since opening in 2008, SHA has transformed the lives of more than 65,000 guests worldwide and continues to expand its impact, with our flagship in Spain, a new destination in Mexico and future openings in Dubai and the Emirates. SHA is a Green Globe–certified brand with a truly multicultural team, united by a mission to create transformative and memorable experiences for every guest.

We are looking for a Distribution, Revenue & Business Performance Manager to join our Revenue Management & Business Analytics team in Madrid, someone who will own pricing, yield and distribution across the SHA portfolio and act as the guardian of our direct revenue engine. This is a role for a professional who combines deep revenue‑management and distribution expertise with strong analytical skills and a rigorous, data‑driven approach to decision‑making.

Beyond technical mastery, we are looking for someone who can build and optimise our presence across direct and luxury trade channels, who partners effectively with Digital, CRM and Sales, and who continuously raises the bar on RevPAR, channel profitability and commercial performance across all SHA destinations. You will thrive in a multicultural, high‑performance environment built on excellence and genuine care, and embody SHA values in every interaction with colleagues and partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and run a dynamic pricing and yield strategy by property, season, segment and channel, maximising RevPAR rather than pure occupancy.
- Build and manage the demand calendar,

implementing tactical yield actions for low‑occupancy periods and high‑demand compression.
- Own the booking engine and CRS end‑to‑end: configure and optimise SynXis (CRS, booking engine, GDS and OTA connectivity), eliminate booking errors and rate leakage, and maintain rate and inventory parity across all channels.
- Own channel economics, analysing cost of sale, commission structures and profitability across direct, OTA, GDS and trade/consortia business, and taking action to improve blended cost of sale.
- Manage SHA’s luxury trade and partnership distribution, building and growing revenue through consortia and preferred‑partner programmes (e.g. Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts, The Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Kiwi Collection, Mr & Mrs Smith, Fora Travel).
- Drive B2B trade marketing: nurture relationships with luxury travel advisors, agencies and networks, run fam trips, promotions and partner offers, and convert partnership potential into measurable production.
- Partner with Digital Marketing, CRM and the Contact Centre to convert the direct funnel, monitoring conversion, pick‑up and RevPAR and acting on insights daily.
- Run continuous competitive intelligence on competitor rates, availability, positioning and promotions, feeding insights into pricing and channel decisions, and report performance by property, segment, channel and programme to commercial leadership.

Must‑have requirements

- 5–7+ years in hotel or resort revenue management and distribution, ideally within luxury or wellness hospitality.

- Hands‑on mastery of SynXis (Sabre Hospitality) as CRS and booking engine, plus solid experience with PMS, channel managers, GDS and OTA connectivity.
- Proven experience managing luxury consortia and preferred‑partner programmes (e.g. FHR, LHW, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Kiwi Collection, Mr & Mrs Smith, Fora Travel), including affiliations, rate loading and amenities.
- Strong analytical skills and command of pricing, forecasting, distribution economics and channel/vertical performance measurement, supported by advanced Excel/BI and revenue‑analytics capabilities.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Digital, CRM and Sales, and to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Madrid (hybrid). Fluent English, comfortable operating in an international environment.

Highly valued

- Experience within wellness, longevity or medical‑wellness brands, or similar premium concepts.
- Strong B2B / trade marketing experience and ease building relationships with luxury travel advisors and agencies.
- Experience in predominantly direct‑led commercial models, where most revenue comes through direct and digital channels supported by trade and ambassador networks.
- Spanish language skills.

SHA is more than a workplace, it’s a unique environment where nature, science, and purpose meet. Every day, our team helps people transform their lives, and you’ll grow alongside extraordinary people, in an environment built on excellence and genuine care.

We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. You’ll join a truly international team, with women and men in leadership, and a culture where different perspectives are valued and everyone can grow based on merit and talent.

If you want your work to matter this much, and you’re ready to be part of something truly unique, we’d love to hear from you.
