You'll be jumping right into the heart of their digital transformation journey!As the AI Engineering & Platform Lead, you are the central technical authority driving the industrialization, architecture, and governance of integral AI capabilities. You’ll sit right at the core of the digital and data team, applying deep engineering rigor and strategic vision to build and scale enterprise-grade systems that solve real-world R&D; challenges. You will own the overall technical architecture, enterprise infrastructure integration, and engineering governance workflows, ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and predictably.Define the strategic technical roadmap for the enterprise AI platform (Azure ML, Databricks) and design scalable frameworks for LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.Ensure robust integration of AI solutions within the global IT landscape, security frameworks, and data infrastructure.Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers,
