Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. ð Powering Real Work About the RoleWe are looking for a Global Real Estate Manager based in Barcelona, who will play a pivotal role in shaping Perk's offices worldwide. You will lead Real Estate strategy across Europe and the US, while ensuring our Central Europe hubs; This role emphasizes strategic and operational management of our general Real Estate portfolio and Facilities operations, with a supportive focus on employee experience initiatives.What You'll DoReal Estate Management:Own the end-to-end Real Estate strategy across all Perk offices in Europe and the US.Lead office searches, openings, moves, and closures, ensuring alignment with company culture, headcount growth, and operational needs.Negotiate leases, renewals, and contracts with landlords, brokers, and property managers, securing favorable terms while protecting Perk's interests.Manage timelines, budgets, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of all Real Estate projects.Align Real Estate decisions with broader Workplace, Finance, and ESG strategies, including sustainability and cost-efficiency goals.Develop and manage emergency response, business continuity, and health & safety plans across all sites.Own Facilities budgets, monitor expenses,



and identify cost-saving opportunities.Experience Support (Secondary Focus):Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, including office look & feel, workspace layout, food & beverage offerings, and event collaboration.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with senior leadership in hubs to understand priorities, provide updates on projects, and maintain transparent communication.Work closely with TechOps, Legal, Finance, and People teams to align on operational and strategic objectives.What We're Looking ForStrong background in international Real Estate management and facilities operations.Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and office providers at scale.Strong project management skills with a proactive, hands-on, problem-solving mindset.Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal), with experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Ч "Flexible compensation plan" to help you diversify and increase the net salary; РSpring Health - Get access to 12x therapy & 12x coaching sessions per year!; РIRL English or SpanishLessons are held in the Barcelona office; How We WorkAt Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week.
