Lead end-to-end research activities across multiple projects, from discovery and user interviews to usability testing, insights synthesis, and recommendations. Contribute to the design and validation of innovative experiences, including conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and emerging digital solutions.

Partner with UX/UI designers, product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure user insights are considered throughout the product lifecycle.



Work across multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities while maintaining a high standard of research quality and impact.

Contribution and Technical RequirementsYou have significant experience as a UX Researcher working on digital products, enterprise platforms, or complex user journeys.You are skilled in a wide range of research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, discovery research, surveys, workshops, and concept validation.You can translate research findings into clear, actionable insights into clear recommendations that support product, business, and design decisions.Experience with UX/UI design, prototyping, Figma, service design, or front-end technologies would be considered a strong advantage.Project Management SkillsYou are able to manage and prioritize research activities across multiple projects simultaneously.To support your work-life balance, we have adopted a adaptable working model.Over 300 euros to set up your home office and additional monthly home office allowance.
