You’ll project manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with top experts to craft compelling narratives and responses to RFP/RFI questionnaires that resonate with European and global customers. What You'll DoProject manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission, utilizing Responsive and other enterprise tools to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverablesEffectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Strategy, IT Security, etc.) to develop winning responsesLead internal response team alignment calls and check point discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelinesDraft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks (including formatting, proofreading, and editing of all proposal deliverables) to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance,



and a polished appearanceEffectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlinesRequirementsStrong written and oral communication skills in English5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposal responses within a fast-paced B2B SaaS technology environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceInternational business experience and an ownership mindset, flexible to support integral operations across diverse time zonesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Styles in Word. Expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skillsNice to HaveExperience using RFP/Strategic Response Management tools (e.g., Responsive, Qvidian, or Loopio)Experience in life sciences proposalsAPMP Foundation CertificationFluency in one or multiple European languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French)Interviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
