The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in helping Fall Creek make strong decisions. By serving as one of the analytical gurus at Fall Creek, the Financial Analyst will plunge deep into the company’s financial and operational data to deliver business-changing reporting and insights. This position will have the opportunity to partner with teams across functions and geographies, giving the analyst a truly unique and comprehensive view of the company and industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Other duties as assigned) :

- Maintain and enhance key financial and operational reports utilized by individuals and teams throughout the organization.
- Partner with business teams to update monthly financial forecast and annual budget.
- Build new reporting utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Analyze monthly financial and operational results. Present results—along with the relevant incites and recommendations—to managers and executives.
- Conduct analyses on potential capital expenditures, utilizing NPV and IRR analyses.
- Gather, prioritize, and communicate regional business feedback to improve finance processes.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused work environment that reflects Fall Creek’s values.





What you bring to Fall Creek: REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING:

- A Bachelor of Arts/Science in Finance, Economics, or other field with an analytical focus.
- 2+ years of analytical professional experience.
- Professional bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred). Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, macros).
- Demostrated knowledge of basic programming.
- The ability to present complex ideas clearly—and graphically—to senior management.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working in global, multi-location, matrix organizations, or other global operational environments.
- Experience transforming data into reports.
